The Deeside Smokehouse, DinnetAt The Deeside Smokehouse, Dinnet, we produce a range of hot smoked pheasant and venison, cold smoked venison and pheasant and venison salami – the ideal gift to take home after fishing on the River Dee.  All the game is sourced on Dinnet Estate and smoked using traditional methods over whisky soaked oak shavings from the Speyside Cooperage.
